    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line one, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:

    On page one, by striking 2.1.1 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following: ‘2.1.1 Have been licensed 5 years with 5 years of salon/shop experience.’;

    And,

    On page 1, section 2.1.6 by striking ‘70%’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘80%’;

    And,

    On page 1, by striking section 2.1.7 and the remainder of the section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    ‘2.1.7 Submit an application to the board;

    2.1.8 Pay applicable certification, examination and registration fees.’”
